NATURAL JOINT PAIN RELIEF

A very dear friend of mine recently told me that his persistent and severe joint pain disappeared after 3 weeks of a daily dose of Cinnamon and Honey

He simply added a teaspoon of Cinnamon and a teaspoon of raw Honey to a cup of warm water and drank it every day.

I prefer to do it this way though as I find the cinnamon sinks to the bottom of the water.

1tsp Cinnamon powder

1tsp Raw unrefined honey

1 small pot of natural yoghurt

then I add one tablespoon of milled flaxseed because it gives it crunch and it is superfood good for you.
