I love a cup of tea in the morning but sometimes feel pressured to switch to Green Tea...until now ... Until recently, tea research has focused on green tea, but if like me you are not partial to Green Tea and you love a nice cup of black tea with milk in the morning then fear not.... Recent studies indicate the compounds contained in black tea do more than contribute to its dark colour and distinctive flavour. They also provide health benefits originally attributed solely to green tea. Both black and green tea have the same level of antioxidants, the only difference lies in the type.
