  • Share your proposed date, venue, guest count, purpose and approximate budget. Suitable enquiries receive a complimentary 20-minute discovery call.

  • Melanie recommends the most appropriate format, creative details, staffing, personalisation and investment.

  • A 50% booking payment secures your date. Detailed creative planning begins once the project is confirmed.

  • Melanie personally leads your event, supported by trained event staff where the scale requires it.

  • Yes. Every By Melanie Jane experience is created and personally led by Melanie Jane. Larger events may include additional event staff, but Melanie remains at the heart of the experience throughout.

  • Guests smell, choose and blend from a carefully curated scent palette to create a fragrance—or scented wellbeing blend—that is personal to them. They are not simply choosing a pre-made perfume and adding their name to it.

  • Yes. Your event can include company-branded labels, individual fragrance names, curated scent palettes, campaign colours, premium presentation and customised packaging.

  • Experiences can be tailored for intimate private gatherings, corporate teams and high-volume activations of 50–150 or more guests. The format, setup and staffing are adapted to suit the event.

  • Melanie hosts experiences at offices, hotels, event venues and private locations across Dubai and the UAE. Travel, venue requirements and additional staffing are included within your bespoke proposal.

  • Private scent experiences begin at AED 8,500, corporate experiences at AED 15,000 and large-scale brand activations at AED 25,000. Final pricing reflects guest numbers, duration, location, staffing, branding and presentation requirements.

  • Following acceptance of your proposal, a 50% deposit confirms the date. Detailed creative planning begins once your booking is confirmed.
